At SBG Beauty, we do our best to meet the needs of our guests’ schedules.

In compliance with the Canadian government guidance, we have implemented protocols to safeguard the comfort, health, and safety of our guests and colleagues which remains our priority at all times.

Sanitary guidelines specific to cleaning and disinfection protocols not only meet but exceed the requirements of health authorities.

Disinfecting procedures all surfaces used and touched, including door handles, are cleaned immediately.
A long-time standard practice - your skin therapist is accustomed to wearing a mask in the treatment room.
SBG Beauty operates by appointment only.
Contactless payment options are available.

A number of protocols were implemented early on in the pandemic to ensure the safety and requests of guests.

Intake forms are now digital to eliminate the handling of paper and utensils. All information is private and confidential.

The retail area was transformed into a digital shop at www.sbgco..ca If you require our assistance in completing your product order online, we would be happy to help. A Canada Post tracking number will be emailed to you when your package has been shipped. No testers are provided. As we transition back to a physical location, we will coordinate order pick-up if you request it.

All areas with high-touch surfaces and door handles are disinfected before and after treatment.

Physical distancing is a common courtesy followed by our guests. All treatments are by appointment only.

If you are feeling ill, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment if you are symptomatic. Please stay home, and we will look forward to seeing you again in 2 weeks when you are feeling much better.

Guests who arrive at the on-site facility will have received a confirmation of their booking by email or text. For your convenience, you are welcome to book your treatment only and include notes of concern.

Guests will be responsible to follow the SBG etiquette guidelines during their time at the facility.
