When our skin therapist is in the treatment room with another guest, and not able to answer a phone call, for your convenience, we have set up a Text Only line. Please direct your questions by email to customercare@sbgbeauty.ca You will receive a response within a couple of hours.
You are welcome to discover what we have to offer. To ensure that we use best practices to better serve you, we offer spa etiquette guidelines to allow you to feel comfortable.

This environment is very safe for our guests, and we respect privacy and confidentiality.
Our pop-up treatment rooms are situated in a few of Toronto's trendiest areas.
Please see our Accessibility Statement as you scroll down the site. We make accommodations for those who cannot see us for a treatment with a select range of Spa-At-Home Treatments. Ask us for details.
CONSULTATION
Virtural Consultations are a 1 hour Zoom appointment. A thorough skin and lifestyle analysis including nutrition and genetics is conducted to customize a skincare home care and a treatment plan if attending the skin clinic.
Virtual Consultations are a paid service of $150 CAD
~$75 of which will go toward your retail product purchase.
All information provided is strictly private and confidential.
Do tell us if you are pregnant or if there is even a chance you are pregnant at the time of booking your appointment. We will be absolutely delighted for you but we will alter treatments to suit you during pregnancy.

SBG Beauty operates by appointment only.
APPOINTMENTS
All appointment times are booked for 1.5 hrs which allows us 1 hr for the treatment and homecare regimen recommendations. We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to prepare for your treatment starting with a review of the intake form to update any concerns and or changes in health history.
We understand there may be unexpected delays. If your treatment time is delayed due to your late arrival, it will end as scheduled so that the next guest is not delayed. Full-service charges will apply.
We require 24 hrs to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Full-service charges will apply to no-shows on the day of the scheduled appointment.
Our commitment is to remain as close to the schedule as possible to meet the needs of our clientele.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At SBG Beauty, we do our best to meet the needs of our guests’ schedules.
We can best facilitate other appointment requests when you respect our request to provide 24-hour notice for any changes or cancellations.
If you fail to reschedule within the 24 hr time requirement, full-service (100%) charges will apply. Online prepayment of the full service is required to secure your appointment.
