To cancel or reschedule please contact us 24 hours prior to your appointment. Late Arrival within 15 minutes - your treatment will be adjusted and provided within the scheduled appointment time. Late Arrival, 30 minutes+ will be shortened to provide within the scheduled appointment time. No-shows to the appointment will incur a full payment charge.
